The biggest match of the weekend took place at tea time on Saturday evening between Manchester City and Tottenham. Everyone was waiting to see if Spurs could be the team to ended Man City’s winning streak, but instead they were torn apart in a 4-1 win for Man City. Spurs had no answer to Man City and were lucky to get in at half time only 1-0 down, when they came out in the second half Man City just went up another gear and that was game over.

Chelsea got a good 1-0 win against Southampton, Arsenal got a 1-0 against Newcastle United to keep up their push for the Champions League places and Brighton and Burnley could only play out a 0-0 draw.
